Safe has taught more than 100 000 women and men since 1994! This video is a collage of several students utilizing some of the strikes that they were taught. Many people ask if the shots we received would really hurt us. Yes, many do and remember without the equipment on areas like the eyes, groin, throat are very vulnerable and do not need to be struck that hard to be effective.
